 Broken Handle
Randy McLeod
You'll find this one hard to believe. I managed to hit the little handle on the very end of the clamp and break it (not the lever handle). The handle has a snap fit and I broke off one of the tabs allowing the handle to fall off.

I sent an email late one day on a stat holiday (evening hours) to see if I could purchase a replacement handle. WIthin 10 minutes of sending the email Randall called asking for directions to my house. Within 15 minutes he was at the front door and repaired the handle at no cost.

Not only is it the best calmp I've used over the years but has the best service one could ask for.

The rest of the industry has a lot to learn from Superclamp regarding service.
 Quick and Convenient
Jim Craig
For some, choosing a system to secure their sled to a truck or trailer is simply a matter of convenience. For our search and rescue team, we were looking for a system that was secure, but super quick to release. This was especially true in avalanche rescue where minutes are often the difference between a success and a sad story. Our previous solution was to use tie-downs, and simply cut them when we needed to get our sled off in an emergency. Emergencies aside, tie-downs are just generally a pain. We never considered screw-on clamps because their propensity to freeze up could spell disaster. Search and rescue work takes a lot of our volunteer’s time, and we would rather spend it training with our avalanche dogs, than wrestling with our trailer. To be honest, I really can’t imagine why anyone would use anything but Superclamps.

 Best clamp/company out there today
Randy Pardue
I am here to tell you that this is the best clamp and company out there today. The clamp is so easy to use and so secure. It is amazing how much presure you can put on the skis and still pull the handle back with ease. It only takes me a couple seconds to clamp and unclamp my sleds with the super clamp, and never climb up on the trailer. Also this is the only company that I have ever dealt with where you can call and talk to the owner or any dealer instantly. No wait. They usually answer the phone, if no answer they actually return the call extremely fast, WOW. VERY HIGHLY RECOMENDED CLAMP AND COMPANY. Thank you, Randy Pardue

I just wanted to drop you guys a line and tell you how neat I think you new composite superclamps are! the silicone pads for your skis and skid rail are perfect and I truely enjoy the fact that I don't have to fight with the old fashioned bolt type ski tie downs any more. once my sled is on my deck it takes 1 minute to fasten both the front and back of the sled down and i know it will be in exactly the same spot whe i get home as it was when i left!!! No more sled bouncing up in the air every bump i go over. well worth the money!!! good job.

 Superclamps

I have been using the superclamp for two years now and highly recommend them.
Driving on the Trans Canada Highway last year between Golden and Revelstroke I hit frost heaves
at 100km/hr and went airborn. The superclamps held my sled firm, but
my buddies sled (not using the superclamp) was hanging off the trailer. Since then he has purchased both front and rear supercamps to secure his $12,000 dollar snowmobile.

Wow! Excellent site guys! We here at Snowmobiler Television have a couple of Superclamps and can't believe how easy they are to use. There's no other tie down I've seen that is as solid, secure or easy to use. Espcially with our clam-shell Hyland trailers.

Keep up the good work!

I'm a senior and I have been snowmobiling for approx. 25 years. The Superclamp I purchuse last winter has made loading and unloading my snowmobiles less a task, and providing me a sense of sucurity that my machines are lock and loaded and ready for a safe trip. P.S. This product is a must.

Well I bought one of these superclamps and I must say they work well. I had a little problem with my clamp and after calling the manufacturer, who took care of me right away. I must say I highly recommend this product to every one. It seems my problem was not with the clamp, but with the dealer I bought it from. The clamp was taken out of the box where the instructions for using it are located. After one quick call to the manufacture I was in business.

Once again a great product. I hope to try there new clamp this winter’
