INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Below are installation instructions for your Superclamp.net product.
SUPERCLAMP
II | SUPERCLAMP REAR | SUPER-GLIDES |
SUPER HANG-ALLNEW!
The Superclamp II comes with: Superclamp II, Screw Style
Deck Hook (most common), Safety Key. Sold Seperately:
Screw style deck hook, T-Style Deck Hook (for channel
mount).
- Install deck hook. Screw deck hook into existing
1/2" hole. If applying deck hook to a larger
than 1/2"hole, use larger washer and lock
nut on the bottom side of trailer and tighten.
For channel mount (eg. Floe) trailers, use T-style
deck hook that are available at your dealer
(washer and nut could be applied to 1/2"
holed decks for added security).
- There is a tension adjuster in the center
of the Superclamp which can be adjusted for
different ski heights and tension. To adjust
for the right tension and ski height, put handle
to the forward position, hook Superclamp to
deck hook and pull handle towards you into the
locked position. If the tension is too great
or not great enough, turn adjuster counter clockwise
to loosen, or clocwise to tighten. Adjust to
your desired tension, (CAUTION: Superclamp
exerts 3 times greater than tension than normal
tie downs, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN to avoid damage
to your load).
- After you have pulled handle into the locked
position, use SAFETY KEY provided or you may
use a padlock for theft deterrent.

The Superclamp-Rear comes with: (1)Superclamp, (1)Deck
Hook, (1)Safety Key.
- Installation of deck hook. Place snowmobile
in normal trailering position. Place the SuperClamp-Rear
approximately 12 inches from the rear wheel
on a flat part of the rail. From the outside
edge of the track, measure 2 1/2 inches out
and mark location.
Use 1/2 inch drill bit and drill hole. (Attention:
Before affixing washer and nut, additional backing
support maybe required under the deck). Tighten
nut and washer.
- There is a tension adjuster in the center
of the SuperClamp-Rear which can be adjusted
for different rail heights and tension. To adjust
for the right tension and rail height, put handle
to the forward position. If the tension is too
great or not great enough, turn adjuster counter
clockwise to loosen or clockwise to tighten
adjust to your desired tension, (CAUTION:
SuperClamp-Rear exerts 3 times greater tension
than normal tie downs, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN TO
AVOID DAMAGE TO YOUR LOAD.)
- After you have pulled handle into locked position,
use SAFETY PIN provided or you may use a padlock
for theft deterrent.

EACH KIT CONTAINS; 8 - 30" pieces - (20' total length, 8.5"wide), 48 custom designed shoulder screws, mounting instructions.
- IMPORTANT - When you are installing your Super-Glides, you must leave an expansion gap between glides. Use the 1/2 inch spacer template provided on left hand side of the box. Failure to do so may result in the Super-Glide buckling or bowing up and off of the trailer or truck deck surface.
- Measure the stance (width) of your snowmobile(s) or ATV(s) to obtain the correct width to place your Super-Glides.
- Layout the lengths of Super-Glides using the template provided. Cut any pieces to length if necessary.
- Begin to secure the Super-Glides to the trailer/Truck deck surface using the Shoulder screws provided. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE SCREWS PAST THE SHOULDER (It is important that the shoulder just touch the trailer/deck surface.) The Super-Glide must be able to move, allowing for expansion and contraction depending on outside temperature.

Mounting Bar
- Usage/mounting Instructions
- Remove face plate from mounting bar to
access the mounting holes
- Locate wall studs
- Place mounting bar in desired location
- Using screws provided, fasten mounting bar
to the wall, ensuring screws are fastened to
the wall studs.
- Attach face plate
- Place desired Super Hang All attachments
on the mounting bar
- Total combined weight of load cannot exceed
55kgs/120lbs.
- When loading bar to capacity, additional
anchors may be required
Hook
- Place Super Hang-All hook over the Super Hang-All
mounting bar (sold separately) as shown in figure 1.
Ensure the locking cam is in the open position.
- Slide Super Hang-All hook into desired position.
- Turn locking cam one half turn to lock the Super
Hang-All hook into place (Fig 2).
- Heavy Duty Load rated: 20.5kgs/45lbs
Multi Purpose Handle Holder
Option 1 - Mounting directly to wall (Fig 1)
- Locate wall studs
- Place Multi-Purpose Handle Holder in desired location
- Using screws provided, fasten Multi-Purpose Handle Holder to the wall ensuring
screws are fastened to the wall studs.
- Use rubber security strap to secure long objects
Option 2 - Using Super Hang All Mounting Bar (Fig 2)
- Place Multi-Purpose Handle Holder on the mounting bar (sold separately) as
shown in figure 2. Ensure the locking cam is in the open position.
- Slide Multi-Purpose Handle Holder into desired position.
- Turn locking cam one half turn to lock the Multi-Purpose Handle Holder into place
- Use rubber security strap to secure long objects
